Lee Kee is or was (have not used them for many years) a custom shoemaker
in Kowloon (Hong Kong). The shoes were virtually handmade and superb.
One could send them foot dimensions and a photo of any style. They
would create a perfect copy using the finest materials available. If
you have found a pair, treasure them.

I had Sam Kee shoes made while in HK in 1968, they were tan camelhide with buckles, low heels. My individual foot dimensions were on file at the shop for future orders. They were the most impressive set of quality, custom footwear I have ever encountered, unbelievably comfortable set of shoes ... made all other shoes look like draconian torture machines...
To this day I remember them fondly... wish there was someplace like it today...

In 1969 while deployed to Southeast Asia, we made a port call in Hong Kong. I remember having a pair of alligator shoes made there which I still have to this day -- 2018. They cost me $40.00 US and I still wear them. Beautiful shoes and fit like a soft glove. While polishing them, I noticed a Lee Kee Shoe, Kowloon logo sewn in to the sidewall. While googling the name, this forum popped up. If anyone here still has a pair of these, hang onto to them. They are some of the best shoes made anywhere in the world!

Lee Kee was a custom shoemaker that I had several custom pairs made for me when I lived in Hong Kong in the 70’s. I was a teenager then and my feet never grew any bigger. I don’t know where those shoes went when I moved from home in the late 80’s. I’m pretty sure they’d still be serviceable now as they were rebuildable by any competent cobbler.
They could make any style of footwear you desired. It was easy, look in any number of catalogues they had, pick a style, pick a leather and in a week they were done. Quality all the way.
I went looking for them in 2009 and had no luck. The streets looked totally different as did the shops. I was heartbroken not to be able to find a quality custom shoemaker. I still have their aluminum embossed shoe horn though.
I have a pair of well made shoes but not quite the right width, EEEE, is what I need. I think they’re Allen-Edmonds but I’m not sure. I’d love to find a quality shoemaker that makes my size Oxfords.
