Leather jacket for someone who is VERY short

I'm looking to buy a nice leather jacket to celebrate graduating college. The problem is that I'm 5'3" and 130 lbs. There are very few jackets in short sizes, and most of those are still too long. Does anyone know of a reasonable company that makes bespoke leather jackets, and if not, is there anyone who makes extra shorts? My budget is around 1k although I would stretch for bespoke.

You will want to go custom.

Getting good fitting clothes is a pain for short guys.

Or like the height-challenged character says on one of the "Sex and the City" episodes, you can find good fitting clothes in the Boys' Department!
