Antirabbit, clarinetplayer, and sam, thanks for the support! My right knee and hip were giving me some issues so I passed on Saturday's run, but am looking forward to tonight's. We'll see how it goes.
What shoes are you using? Also, if you are not a true mid-foot runner, you have to be very careful to transition correctly, or pay the piper with some injuries to your lower legs. those suck, cause they are nagging issues that dont go away easily. I can recomend a bunch of minimal heel to toe shoes if you like. Do you know if you are a pronator or supinator?
