Not everyone wants to be Hulk. I think he would look worse with another 20 pounds of muscle, not better.

Lean and fit is the best look for a man, IMO. YMMV, and that's fine. But the subjective pronouncements on this forum about the ideal body type and how to achieve it are really hilarious.

Is it too late to inject some important information into this thread? Some people - probably often very tall and slim - have health conditions that make gaining much muscle very difficult. For men who don't fall into that category and aren't elderly, it likely is more a matter of routine than genetics, the limits of which few of them will approach.
