Easily. Lift some weights for like 3 months. Then precede to go on a diet while continuing to lift until your really skinny.

Hard to say what it will take - it depends on your current condition.

You need to get down to about 10% bodyfat for your muscles to have the definition of that person. Drop your carbs, increase your protein intake, work out regularly and add high intensity interval training. Keep your discipline for 3-4 months and you will get there.

And you gotta have a naturally narrow waistline.

Looking at the dude, it looks like he does:

- Bench press - probably low rep high weight since he doesn't have that pumped up balloon pecs look.
- Pull ups and chinups - 'V' shape and defined shoulders
- A lot of freakin ab exercises (either that or he's just got a freakishly narrow waist)
- A bit of cardio

What he doesn't do are bicep curls. His arms look strong but in proportion to his body. Don't do curls if you like that effect.

I would go for low reps and heavy weights. It's hard to get that solid chiseled look with the less weight more reps approach. You end up getting that 'pumped' effect instead of building dense lean muscle.

Check out how lean this dude is and he lifts heavy and does plyo.

Wow, a lot of bullshit in this thread.

Good diet + genetics. If you don't have the genetics to look like that, you won't look like that without drugs.

..? That's not really very difficult to achieve. He doesn't look that strong; in fact I'd say he could use another ~20lb of muscle. Just do a bunch of HIIT, cardio, etc supplemented with some compound lifts

The guy has pretty much average muscle mass. Depending on where you are now, you can achieve this look with pull-ups, chin-ups, dips and push-ups in combination with frequent cardio and a strict diet. The abs are nothing special, since they will be uncovered when you reach a certain bf%.

If you are not very overweight, you can get this in 3 months.

BeeZee might be referring to Frank Yang. The linked youtube video in that post.
