There is a proposal to make it illegal to video the police in same places. Illinois being one, I believe.

I'm not really a "stay on subject nazi" on this forum, but I reckon we should leave the guns/police convo where it is here and keep it to the Current Events thread. I might get worked up and start whipping out my pistol and twirling it all willy-nilly.

It's funny, my wife loves Chicago for the shopping and restaurants. In fact, I love it for that too. But we both dislike it for various other reasons. The crowds of people and the traffic gets my hackles up. Not to be surprised for someone who spent 4 years in Iraq I suppose, but I just wish you could get away more easily!
