there was an older thread similar to this but i'd like to start afresh. can we compile a list of solid affordable brands and online shops(i'm thinking army navy stores, etc.) that offer items that have a good cost/quality ratio. i'm thinking we keep it sort of classic workwear inspired or military surplus . the focus should be on casual quality with classic style appeal. not formal or trendy/fashion.

i'm gonna throw carhartt, redwing, and leather goods connection out there for brands that mike a long lasting product.

i also found some plain tan, brown and OD military tees online that i think would look pretty great with jeans. i couldn't vouch for the quality though. im probably going to check it out.

uscav.com is a military supply store

Watch Quadorphenia and check out there french trenchcoat. That can be had for cheap. Lonsdale t shirts are cheap. Also for the fit on the pants, i suggest getting 501XX and getting tailored and splashing them with bleach to get that urban camo look.
