aeglus by far, in that bunch, and that is not because he is wearing a TOJ leather.

Honorable mention to TTO, because I like the fit of his items, but I think he told a blind person to take a photo of him with a blackberry camera.

also, I think there should be a pic limit in these kinds of things - I can't remember the previous fits when somebody goes and posts up like 10 'lifestyle' fit pics

You should complain about MC WAYWRN more often. I am sure it will be well received and taken to heart.

this is hilarious, you MC cats are good sports. breaking it down . . . top 4 aeglus nobd vox kaplan moo I would add u but I have seen a lot of that jacket lately : ) I have seen it more than I have seen my own leathers. honorable mention for spoopoker -- plus many points for fur rimmed hood; minus points for slacks. few people other than LK can pull off something like that (I certainly can't), but credit for effort. niidawg3 - the flying puffy jacket pics are so good. NYR - brooklyn crak head abandoned wasteland photos. nice luftvier - speaks for itself. there are some horrendous dad looks in there, jezzus we will have MC wearing shiny high tops before long . . . .

I'm honestly amazed so many people like Aeglus' look so much. Honestly if I saw that on the street I would not think twice. And by the way, second pic's in the mirror, buddy; zipper's on the right in pic 1 and 3.

I did notice your fit, but aeglus' top to bottom proportions are better than yours, in fact those are some of the best fitting jeans I've seen aeglus in so far. Your silhouette balance is very light in the jacket, heavy in the jeans, and then exacerbated by the boot tuck (and the boots are ugly, indeed) edit: upon further inspection, the real reason I know I dislike your fit is because of the half tuck of the tee, and your pants are hiked up way high. Give your doggies a breather and wear a longer tee, and I think you might have a better SW+D look.

At least he has a good jeans fit. MC is not known for that . . . edit: yes he should sag those but still the basic fit is good

boot tuck is deceptively difficult for some reason. SWD butchers it all the time.

One reason I was anxious to post those in a fit pic was because of how different SF opinion is from what I experience day to day. You, listi and perhaps someone else mentioned that they're just irredeemably atrocious, but I get complimented on them without exception every time I wear them. I find it weird that the dichotomy is that large.

I think there's probably a couple of things coming into play here. A lot of people compliment clothes simply because they happen to notice them. Your boots definitely stand out for better or for worse, and cause people to comment on them. Also I think there are certain elements of the boot (i.e. the color, soles and the velcro strap in front) that would scream fashionable to someone who might not be as knowledgeable about clothes but have really bad connotations of Timberland boots and Creative Recreation sneakers to the more fashionable posters here. I guess it depends on who you are trying to appeal to here
