I think if you hadn't tagged me as someone who does it well, I would be confused what the rules are, haha. You're saying desert boots don't count as a single casual element and wouldn't fulfill the requirement of 'at least one casual element into your CM fit'? Isn't that just saying, then, that you have to have two casual elements in your fit?

I fear most of my fits aren't probably even in the CM realm—more like I incorporate one CM element into my otherwise casual wardrobe, lol. I'll give it a go, however, and let the masses decide how well I do!

In the case of desert boots/chukkas, yes :). I just think that's too easy.

To be honest, I'm not a 100% sure what the rules are. I just have an idea of what I hope to see. I'm not going to be a dick and DQ people unless it clearly doesn't meet the spirit and intent of the challenge. I'll let the voters decide for the most part.

Just wear what you wear 90% of the time and you're good.

Putting this in as a placeholder if I can't get a decent full length shot. Inis zip cardigan, tweed jacket, paired with an unpictured pair of tan moleskins and brown shoes.

That works, CM.

Second one is great, Gerry. Come on, I know you have something that would qualify in your suitcase. You are another one who does this look so well.

Cheers! I wore these:

Slightly embarrassed to post them, since they really need a polish.

Eh, I wouldn't be embarrassed by those...I've seen worse. Perfect match for your fit.

@TheoProf, I think you may have posted in the wrong thread....?
