I know op is troll, but everyone really should do kegels. You can do them in 2 minutes standing in line for coffee. Stronger erections, more stamina, better orgasms. No ****.

Actually I spent a few months focused on this very topic, and with some research, dedication and biofeedback techniques I am to the point where I have limitless stamina. Past the 45 minute mark it starts to require significant concentration and willpower, but it's nice to be able to be able to control when you pop to within about 5 seconds.

I didn't read this thread so I'll just skip to replying to the title.

If you'd like to last longer in bed you should avoid caffiene or workouts in the night. You should turn off all noises and make the room completely dark. Wear loose clothing and keep the room at a cool temperature. Be very relaxed without stress and a normal man should be able to last 8 hours in bed. It is recommended you last at least 8 hours in bed every night. I had lasted 12 hours in bed before, but many nights I only last 6 or 7 hours in bed.
