Yeah, I was surprised to read that about Crocs in Europe also. Europeans are becoming more and more Americanized in their dress. I am sure in time though, they will realize their sins.

My Gf still wears them and I despise them. Her mom wears them as well and they say they wear them because they are so comfy. it doesn't matter. They look stupid. Sweatpants are comfy to but you don't waer them out in public.

They were pretty common back in Australia. I'm yet to see anyone here in Stockholm wearing them. Horrible creation i must say.

I still say they're perfect for the gym locker room -- going back and forth from locker to shower to steam room to jacuzzi to sauna, etc.

They're probably also losing market share because everyone is undercutting them. It's not a unique concept and I've seen a lot of places with ripoff $15 Crocs under a similar cheeky name.

I don't think people are moving away from wearing them, I think it's market saturation combined with cheap imitators.

Thoughts?

Thank God!! Those things are hideous looking. They are fine for toddlers, but c'mon...a grown man (or woman for that matter) should not wear them!

I always hated these. I especially hate it when girls (I mean adult females 20-28yrs) wear these with pajamas while shopping at the Mall. Disgusting....

I hope it's over soon... CROX is down over 85% since its October highs. What a fad.
