I was watching one of the UK home selling progs where thes Poms/Limeys in Spain wake up one day and the Ayuntamiento (City Hall/The Council) has passed a 100 metre high concrete wall behind their house (to bolster some huge spec development) which is so gerry built that the knock on effect is that their own house cracks up and the lawyer tells them to move for their own safety! Go figure!

Then they get the Spanish lawyer involved and the Municipality and it is a total schemozzle as you have the UK style dodgy Councillors covering their butts and the poor Pom who has moved to Spain out of poverty reasons and sunshine totally screwed and a language barrier to boot.... Bienvenidos a Espana ...I think not.
