I'm not sure on the 30, but the 32 and 34's I've tried on elsewhere had 32" inseams (too short for me sadly).

all measurements were taken with garment laying flat:
waist 14.5"
outerseam 42.5"
innerseam 32"
front rise 11"
leg opening 7.5"

Wiru's correct--they're (NDG) almost like a heather gray. Anyone have an idea if the OS windjackt has slim or normal sizing??
