Thanks, guys. Actually, I'm not talking about length/ aesthetic considerations here, more about comfort and ease of movement. The armholes are rather high making it very restrictive @ underarms, and also feels a bit tight across back. tchoy suggested that lowering the armhole is not that extensive an operation for a skilled tailor, and he might also have mentioned that the same alteration could possibly ease tightness across the back. Can the back be let out slightly as well if needed? It feels like there's about 1" overlap at the center seam. I don't want to fuq these jackets up with too much messing about, though I do have a skilled tailor in mind (@europrep)
@gdl203 I don't suppose Buttero offers a wide option for their sneaks? Nah, I didn't think so. These were the kix I'd been looking for for years, perfect in every way except ...for... the...fit
