That's a pretty good haul you've got there... The tartan scarf is pretty sweet. I passed on a Dorfman Pacific wool scarf today because it wasn't a really tartan, and well, I live in California. How often can I wear a scarf? I own two, one Irish National Tartan, and one San Jose Earthquakes one that comes out for matches.

I found my first Thomas Pink shirt today, but had to pass as the sleeves were a bit short.

It appears to be my Secret Santa gift from ocooney. I assume this since it is marked "SFSS Enclosed" and the return address only has the last name Cooney. My wife won't let me open it until the designated date so there it sits, the first official gift under our tree. Can't wait! Thanks in advance ocooney, you have brightened my day (night) when I needed it the most.

I'm not sure if it worries you, but you may want to obscure his/your address or reupload a smaller picture.

Unbranded for $20 is a pretty good find! Can I get that measurements on that Jil Sanders, please? Thanks!

Fishy went thrifting... I'll post the normal "boring" stuff in a few minutes, but...

DAFUQ R DEEZ?

The "Please tell me I did not just leave a Kiton at that thrift store":

Marked Bijan, Beverly Hills. They wanted 90 dollars for it. It fit me, but the pattern would look absolutely absurd on a young guy like me- it's a light gray pebbled weave that looks good exclusively on older guys. Build quality was a tank.

Then I saw this label on the inside pocket...

The questions:

Is it in fact a Kiton?

If it is, is it worth going back for at such an absurd price? (No condition issues)

The "I had no idea what this was, but it looks bloody awesome, the quality kicks ass, and is a near perfect fit.":

Seriously, this is the coolest/most bizarre thrift find I've ever had... does anyone know anything about it?

(Buttons are a replica of a 1760s Austro-Hungarian coin, as far as I can tell)

The only lead I have is the tag on the pants, by Grӧsse, which appears to be an old German company. There's a stain on the inside lining of the pants, so it might not be worth selling this one... anybody have any guesses what this is/what it's worth?

Even at 90 bucks?

Ohhhh, I jumped the gun a bit...Is it in good shape? You should have no problem selling a good quality, decent styling Kiton on Ebay for $120. Is it worth the trouble of making $30? I would but that's just me. $90 is a bit steep but the final price might go high as $250! You might even consider Spoo's service.

Wait a second.

YOU LEFT BEHIND A BIJAN.

:fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu:
MADE BY KITON?

:fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu:

Bijan itself is grail status, usually made by D'Avenza who isn't as good as Kiton. So a Bijan by Kiton is super grail.

Bijan can go for $200 easy. A Bijan from Kiton, easily more. Unless it's really ugly.

Need to study the thread a little more young one.

I wasn't sure if it was Kiton, and it has been stagnant there. Also, while not necessarily ugly, the weave is extremely restrictive in who can wear it. If it was CG, I would have kopped it for myself and gloated all the way. Unfortunately, it's a pebbly motley of light and dark gray. And for $90, I wasn't about to take a risk until I was sure.

Anyways, it will still be there tomorrow. I'll kop.

The "boring" finds today

BB 346 three piece, older suit. Light gray in color. Size 41. Some wear on inner lining, but externally perfect. Available.

Donegal Tweed SC with an awesome houndstooth pattern, ~42. Available.

Givenchy tie that has the distinction of being the only Paisley necktie I've ever found that doesn't make me want to vomit. Grudgingly available.
