Barrie is way too bulky for me, I love the plaza. Why don't you find a place that does special orders dude, and use the hampton last? It is a nice last.

Barrie is awesome for a boot though, its tank - boots are meant to be worn buff and tough, while the more refined lasts are great for shoes.

Neither actually, ordered from ShoeMart where they are calling it the Bootmaker's Edition 405.

They are, but I think they may be distressed for J Crew, at least when I saw them at the Liquor Store they appeared to be.

I have several pairs and the Barrie is my favorite... The Plaza is too pointy for my taste...

How do the Indy's compare sizing wise to Desert Boots? I want to order a pair but not sure how the sizing works.

Not sure which desert boots you are referring to, but I know I size a half down from my normal size.
