Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

Not sure how I feel about the vest, seems like something I'd see at REI although wouldn't be as well fitting. Are those epaulets?

The only thing that vest has in common with REI is that it's a vest. It's true, REI stocks a lot more vests than other stores so that's maybe where the association comes from.

I looked through rei.com and there was only one vest that looked remotely like the MofM one. Makes him look like an avid reader of Field & Stream magazine while mowing the lawn at his home in suburbia. But I guess that's the rugged outdoor individualist image REI likes to capitalize on.

fit on the MoM is totally different from the vest shown above, which makes a massive difference.

Well if I think it looks good, then it looks good no matter the price. I'm not biased at all, I have a Burberry watch (I actually have 2) and a lot of people think it is stupid to buy designer watches but I like the look and they are in my rotation for more than a year now.

Honestly it's kinda comforting knowing that a guy with $___k in watches likes to find cheap shoes.
