Interesting pics. The Sedona is not new, just rereleased in a slightly less appealing look. It first came out maybe 5-6 years ago? Cove Drive looks fugly.

Between the Grantham and the Cornwallis, AE is THIS CLOSE to a true wholecut. Gahhhh Seriously @AllenEdmondsCEO, wholecut. I don't even care what last (though the 201 or 1943 might be snazzy- but seriously, I'm not picky).

I expected more for this spring. The grantham has a weird look. The casual collections cove drive and Shannon drive has cole haan all written over it.

It's sad that AE has some real gems recently (Cornwallis, Higgins Mill) scattered among all the clunkers.

I do applaud them for trying to "branch out." But I think they've been having more misses than hits. I'd like to see them focus more on trying to nail down/refine classics and standard more casual styles rather than just randomly choosing a type/color of leather to use to make a random upper pattern and then rolling the dice to see what kind of sole will be attached.

Yep sadly by the time of ever they rollout a plain whole cut I'll likely have already purchased one or two. Wholecut > Grantham.
