I'm a 42S if I wear a Fitzgerald suit/blazer as my stomach is around 38-40 circumference and my waist is 36-37 circumference. If I were to wear a Milano, Regent, or a Madison fit blazer/suit, what would those respective sizes be?

Also I understand that they're "fits" meaning they're supposed to fit a certain body type as I was told by my BB SA that the Madison are supposed to fit for "really large" men with, sorry to say, bigger guts.

Thanks!

Suits are typically sized off chest, so whatever your chest measurement is, that is your size. That said, I find the more important measurement to be shoulders. I would guess, that whatever size you are in a Fitz (in this case 42S), you would fit into a 42S in the other lines or potentially a 40S. Best thing to do is go to a local store and try them on. Waist size is easily altered....also, your "stomach" and waist size should be the same....so I do not know what you are measuring, but you're doing something wrong.

Based on your stomach/waist size, I would probably go for a Fitz or Regent.
