I'm torn between
"Probably in the same size, from the looks of it."
and
"But not the tighty whities?"
but they don't seem to combine well.

Is it common for Doc Marten 1460s to have problems with the eyelets touching? Got a new pair, last fits perfectly for my foot, but from the ankle up the eyelets touch when lacing it up and there's room for nearly an inch of overlap. The proportions don't make any sense. It feels like they sewed on the upper portions of a boot three sizes larger.

Internet hype beast conglomerate brand of the day.

"let me make a tactical vest, but I'll use Python skin"
"Let me make a basic ass sweatshirt, but I'll randomly stick chunks of gold on it and charge €700"
"Oh drop sweatpants are rad, I know I'll use suede and charge €1500, that's "new"".

Also, I don't get the name?

fwiw, it was a really deep episode of "The Leftovers". Thus the expression.

Someone rec me a sweatshirt. Don't want any heritage details, huge ribbing, short tight fit or sausage casing arms. Also don't want any poly just straight up cotton slouchy non-walmart fit. Was looking at uniqlo but highly suspicious of their product now that they've fucked the thing I bought most from them. I think I just need a proper loop wheeler.

My two favorites are Dana Lee and Strike Gold. Sounds like the Strike Gold might not be slouchy enough for you though. It's heavy duty.

i have never had this issue with any of my pairs (currently on my third).

most loopwheeler sweats are made by jp companies obsessed with repro details/fits, so the majority are going to be really short on the torso with 'huge ribbing'.
