I like Gustin. I give them my money, they ship me the product 2 months later. They update me.

This thread doesn't seem like that is the case. If I want to send someone money and expect no product or updates in return it better be a bank.

i disputed my purchase (also put in in november) and got my money back. american express is good about these things.

does anyone actually ever take delivery for their stuff? any pics of lawless stuff in the wild? wanted to do business with these folks but their customer service is abysmal. . .

I also cancelled my order last wednesday.
Kahla confirmed and wrote that they do refunds on fridays.
I expect to see it on my credit card account this wednesday. But something in my head says that I should not be that optimistic...

I received 1 of 2 jeans a few weeks ago. Very well constructed in my opinion ( no expert though). I posted some pictures on this thread

I have too many jeans so they are for sale if anyone wants to try out a pair at my cost (see signature). I have an 18.5 oz jeans coming next and decided to keep that pair.

They're no longer an affiliate vendor. Hard to say exactly why without Fok or someone from Lawless speaking up.

I have a sneaking suspicion that lawless is funding their business by taking orders waaaaaaaaaaaaaay out in advance. There seems to be no other explanation for putting up new sales and promotions while the masses have been screaming about massive delays.

Im leaving my shirt order in just for @#$% and giggles at this point....but the lawless guy recently did some posting on another forum but did not seem to answer the fundamental question of why a company would run promotions when they are already hopeless backlogged.....

Mine's 2 pairs of jeans on Nov. 3rd and nothing yet.

Ordered more( jean and jacket) Dec 12 I think and expect it no sooner than June.

I got two shirts for $40 each. Looks like all their jeans prices went up as well. And a lot!

And now they increased prices across the board.

So I'm assuming the game plan was to sell at low prices, build the solid reviews/hype, and do massive mark-ups to natural prices?

I cancelled my order last Tuesday. Was told the Friday rubbish aswell. No refund, 2 emails later, I got told that because it had been 120 days they had to post paperwork to the merchants, bank etc. what a load of horse ****. As it turns out, it hasn't been 120 days anyway...so they are now straight up lying. I Emailed them again. No response. I'm going to take this up with consumer protection. It's actually tantamount to Internet fraud. Selling products you have no chance of providing in the time frame given, refusing to refund monies in a timely manner...the list goes on. These guys are a disgrace pure and simple.
