I remember checking out the Dior Homme MSN group when I was trying to get a feeler for some Dior stuff I planned on eBaying. If you look at the pictures section, page 2, you'll see a series of photos posted by one kalra2411. I didn't really care enough to join the group or read through the message boards to view his profile or posting habits, but it'd be interesting to see whether he keeps the same charade there.

J Folds No big deal. Â Quite obviousely a shill and I dont think that this guy is trying to hide it. You can tell from the one time posters. JJF
Wow. I haven't checked the "What are you Wearing" thread in a long time. Maybe I should; that's so transparent. Obviously, the most integral part of how you dress is your wallet. I hope he wasn't trying to disguise it; otherwise, they might need a new guy.

I think it's no secret i disliked kalra and frankly i could care less what his real identity is.  He was rude and condescending- how much he does or doesn't have in his bank account makes little difference to me.
I think that is very true. He should not have been so rude, but I also find the number of people who doubted quite unbelivable. Looking back over his posts, it is not hard to see why he acted in such a way, if people went around saying I am not me, I would get quite pissed off.

Anyone remember that guy who came on here hawking those titanium wallets? That had to be the least discrete, idiot poster ever.

Oh and BTW the whole Kalra being Mittal was fake. Everyone knows that I AM Mittal...

As everyone can see, "Mike" is a contributing member, and as he contributed $1 billion, I think it is safe to assume he is indeed Mittal. If Mittal had really been on the board (and it were kalra) he undoubtedly would have contributed more than Mike, to prove it.

In any case, the bidding starts at $1-billion-and-one dollars for the claim of being Mittal on the board.

I can attest to that, Mike is indeed Mittal. And, I should know, since I'm really Jim Moran.

Kalra seemed like a nice lad but he was a real pain in the backside. l'm glad to see him banned. Maybe the ban could be lifted after 6 months.

Sad to see marc39 banned. What l want to know is; how many shoes has the lad (marc39) got? l have done many searches to no avail. Can anyone provide a link. Thanks in advance.

He mentioned the number when he was arguing with jcusey over at Ask Andy's. I think the thread got deleted by Andy.

He does know a lot about bespoke tailoring, especially when it comes to separating the real tailors from the idiots. However, he repeatedly ignored administration warnings to tone down his flaming and trolling (a good example would be to look up any thread containing the words Alex and Kabbaz.) On balance, he flamed more than he contributed. I was happy to see him go.

He has toned down a lot, though he still writes and flames under pseudonyms.

He does have a lot of knowledge gleaned over the years, yes. However, I think the breaking point was when he trolled a French poster over at Andy's with an anti-French blurb this side of freedom fries. You'd think that someone who's able to, and takes great care to wear, $3000 suits would have a more learned world-view.

With askandy down, marc39 has re-entered the styleforum under the moniker slave2fashion.
Eh, I let actions speak for themselves. I personally do not care if he comes back and behaves, if this is true.
