@Namor - I participated in Polish Forum group order. It was organized by Polish distributor - http://patine.pl/category/en/obuwie-klasyczne/2?horizontal

The current price on the website is 604 Euro. Currently they are collecting people for the last group order, which can help you to lower the price. You need to contact them and ask :

Telefon: 091 851 12 91

It is very reliable company, which has a very good reputation in Poland for excellent service.

I wait for second pair in Navy Cordovan - http://patine.pl/en/yanko-style-545-goodyear-welted-duplicate-1.html

My latest acquisition: Yanko wholecut i light brown from the Nordic distributor Solyx (@Skolyx on SF):
So what is your first impression? I've read people find them pretty much equal to Carmina. i'm very tempted by their austerity brogue and perhaps a MTO double monk in snuff suede.

The quality seems to be good and I can not find anything to point my finger on. Leather may be slightly thinner and less supple than what I've experienced with my carminas but time will tell how it breaks in and wears.
Regarding fit I have queens, rain and forest lasted Carmina shoes and will say for my foot these fit more or less like rain although very slightly roomier and with a bit higher instep. The fit on the yankos are brand new like my suede austerity brouges in rain are like after 6-7 wears. I'm contemplating the double monk in the same color as well if this pair breaks in well which they hopefully does.
