Edit: Don't like the side profile of the mccallum or the Lincoln

Mccallum looks to chiseled, and the Lincolnshire strap is too in your face

If you are 9EE in AE's 5 last, you probably want to go with 9D for the Lindrick.  I'm 10E in the 5 last and wear 10D in the Lindrick.  All the best...

Thanks very much for the advice! I actually took a shot in the dark not long after posting and ordered a 10D in the Lindrick, and about an hour ago got a shipping notification that it'll be here tomorrow, so we'll see. Here I was worried that it would be too small. Hopefully it'll be just right. I'll report back. Thanks once again.

Those are McCallums you have there, not Giannis.

Fixed.

I like the look of the moc-toe look of Gianni, kind of like a more refined Indy boot.

(Though I'm not into full size boots myself. I'm kinda wary of chukkas too. Owned two pairs so far and just didn't like how they feel on my feet at the ankles. Boots are pretty much for snow and hiking for me, not everyday wear)

I can't wait! I only have an order confirmation because I placed the order around 5:30 so I hope there is a shipping confirmation waiting for me in my email when I check at lunch. What products do you guys suggest? I have read that reno is the way to go.

Is the Gianni available in size 13 in stores? Webshite only lists up to 12. I want it in 13.
Pretty sure it isn't. I called and asked an SA to look up a size 13 for me and he said they are "only available on the website" and are "sold out" in size 13. Said he saw something that makes him think they will be replenished "at some point in the future" eventually. If you do find some 13s, let me know - I'm searching for one as well.

Got my shipping confirmation last night on the Lindricks, they will be here tomorrow :slayer:. Guess I better get going on an order for some additional shoe care items, I would really like to wear these on Friday. I'm going to have to unload all my AE's to fund this purchase, which is fine because I'm sure I'll be wearing the Lindrick's everyday until I put a hole through the sole.

I recommend you maintain a rotation. :)

Buddy of mine bought a pair of lindricks about 6 months ago. Been wearing them a lot and already needs a resole. I'm shocked how fast he wore them down

In related news, Gianni and lindrick on their way to me. Went tts on the lindrick and 1/2 size down on the Gianni. We'll see how it goes.
