Hi guys, I have a go ahead from Carmina on the requested specification for the MTO Group Derby Cordovan Oscar Boot except the green lining which is not available. But I'll let Frank sort out all the details, we're corresponding with him through our store manager Adam.

Hi Leaves, could you alert us when the initial invoices have been sent? Just want to make sure I don't miss out because the mail landed in the Spam folder and sat there.

Just over a month after I placed my MTO...order, I received this email:

"Dear Mr. Wasserman,

Your Shoes were sent yesterday.
Here will find the tracking number for DHL [redacted]

Best regards

Betty Albaladejo"

So they'll most likely arrive by Friday! I didn't expect such a quick turnaround time. Expect pics soon.

Leaves if we have an idea for MTO does one just post in this thread? I wanted a double monk in dark brown suede on the Rain last. The one pictured below is AS Handgrade, approximate cost $1300.

Don't do it, Gerry will steal your shoes.

Actually i would love to go to Australia, haven´t been there but have lots of friends who have and they loved it.

Hi, we have contacted SF about how to obtain our own thread, but have not heard back from them so I guess yeah. We can make that, no problem. I'd go for the model 10003 in brown suede to replicate this. But the A/S handgrade is about €650 and Carminas about €320 so please do not expect the same level of detail in a pair of Carmina...

Please PM me if anyone is interested in Model 10003 in Rain Last Double Monk Brown Suede with Silvertone buckles, Goodyear-welted double leather sole. Will need 6 people to avoid MTO fees. Approximate cost is $460-$470 USD depending on exchange rates. Lasted shoe trees are also available for $100 USD approximately.

Here is an example of what it would look like, but in brown suede.

Are you thinking of asking for brogueing along the toe cap and side (don't know what this line is called) like the ones Saratorial_Splender posted in the G&G thread a few days ago? Cause those were sick.
