I would say, these are bespoke shoes, hence no size and just a six-digits identification number
(which would have tallied up with the company's books).
Peal left their Oxford Street premises about 1958 moving to Wigmore Street and closed down in 1965.
So, those shoes were produced between '58 and '65.
