HOF: Labels, heels and nail patterns - Secrets to ID the maker - Page 105

Okay, here's a toughie.

Made in England by a long-defunct shoemaker. Appear to be bespoke. Quality is outstanding, last is ages ahead of its time. I have the funniest feeling I've seen that heel before, but I can't pinpoint where.

Honestly, if it reminds me of anything, it would be very old Lobb, but as far as I know, Lobb has only ever made stuff for Lobb...

In house bespoke, contracted to EG, or something else altogether?

Thanks

Gents, another request for your help please. I have an old thrifted motorcycle jacket at home, and I was wondering if this label is Bottega Veneta. TIA.

I've seen something strikingly similar on ancient Canali Milano pieces.

Hey everyone,

I asked this before and didn't have time to post more pics until now. I'd appreciate any feedback.

Peal & Co./ Brooks Brothers suede chukkas. Trying to figure out who the maker is. From the "generic" markings I've eliminated Church's. Alfred Sargent? Loake? Btw, it says England in the footbed.

Cheers
