pretty positive this is Nervesa, who has made much of the older Cifonelli pieces in the past
according to A Harris, around Zegna/Caruso level of construction. I had one Cifonelli piece that would attest to that
Labels can be seen in this ebay listing
Also, I'm pretty sure that Kosher only refers to food and that fabrics are non-shatnez

When AngelicBoris went to Martin Greenfield for his wedding suit a few years back and told him no linen in the collar, etc. because he was Orthodox, Mr. Greenfield scrawled Kosher on the ticket.

Any ideas on this heel pattern from a Bench Made in England for Lord & Taylor:

My guess would be Cheaney. Do you have a closer picture of the sole markings around the channel? It's hard to tell if the triangles are solid or made of lines.

They are triangles, but I have seen both lines and triangles from Cheaney.
Does it say "MADE IN LEATHER INSOLE ENGLAND" on the insole?

No, that 'giveaway' stamp is missing.

Does the white script and insole color suggest something ? I have seen similar script and style/size representation from Grenson but never those soles.

I have three labels I can't figure out. Any ideas?

First is on a Salvatore Ferragamo SC

Second is on a Donna Karen Sartoriale SC. I realize DKNY stuff is usually nothing notable, but the jacket is fully canvassed and appears to be great quality.

Last is on a Luciano Barbera mainline SC (not sartoriale)

As are these, no? Branded for the pre-Church's Alan McAfee label, heels replaced so just going by inner markings:

Take this for what it's worth, but most C&Js I have seen have handwritten writing on the interior. This is mostly with recent C&Js, but as you can see from the above, the Polo shoes also have handwritten markings.

Cheers for that, however these shoes are of some age and, even now, most standard C&J models still have printed markings inside - with the obvious exceptions of most (if not all) handgrade models, and some boots (my Skye and Snowdon, for example)...

I think those are Cheaney. Does the footbed say "Made in Leather Sole England?"

Nope, they have Alan McAfee-branded sock liners partially covering what looks like the size above what is presumably the width in numerical form, in this case 11½ over 3.

The soles don't 'look' Cheaney, either. They have a stamp that I've only seen on other C&J-made McAfee models, but with different inner markings and a less common sock liner:

The only shoes I've seen with a similar picture stamped on the sole are Grensons.

However, C&J do use the size/width stamp on the footbed, but I don't know how long they've been doing that. And, C&J doesn't do half sizes on the stamp on the footbed.

That sizing writing is nothing like any C&J I've seen, and I've see a lot.

Interesting, and thanks! I'll pop into the C&J shop in town at the weekend and see if they can shed any light on this.

The only other pics I have to hand of anything with that stamp are these:
