+1 on rehashing the complaints about trailers sucking ass.

Compare something like The Village with its trailer.

Its no wonder the masses hated that movie--they went to it thinking it was a horror movie.

If it's not too late, don't do that. Beautiful movie made visually underwhelming by the 3D process. I swore I'd never see another 3D movie, but was dragged to this due to time constraints. About 15 minutes into it I took the glasses off just to get a little luminance back on the screen.

Anyway, stunning and emotional adaptation of an unfilmable novel. Go see, but not in 3D.

If there was ever a more worthless technology than 3D movies, please call it out. 3D movies are always a total **** experience.

I saw it in 3D and thought it was visually impressive. Not as good as Hugo's 3D, but still one of the better 3D movies I've seen.

3D brings nothing to a movie like this.

I've only seen it work well twice. Avatar and Dr. Tongue's 3D House of Stewardesses.

Almost as scary as Dr. Tongue and Woody Tobias Jr. in the SCTV remake of Midnight Cowboy.

In 3D.

Love these two.

Mrs. A and I watched "What's Your Number?" last night - has to be one of the worst romantic comedies ever filmed. The whole premise of the movie hinges on everyone judging the main character for having slept with too many guys. Short version: NOBODY LOVES A WHORE.

After she went to bed I started watching Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance. Mo' betta!
