Yes, he's very talented and funny. Just married a chick 30 years his junior.

Steve Martin is/was the ****. One of the best ever, without question. I'd also put Lenny Bruce and Richard Pryor up there.

I remember when I was a kid and he came over for a few hours. I was so excited, and he was so ******* boring.

This is interesting. For some reason, I think a lot of these guys (popular comedians) would be awesome to hang out with in real life, but S.M. and a few others always kind of struck me like they would be very different if they didn't have a stage to perform on.

Did you comment on the boringness?

No, came over because there was something he wanted to see and ask about. Like a normal person. But a very boring normal person.

I saw SM once on Madison Ave. He had on a baseball cap and aviator sunglasses as a disguise.

Cheaper By The Dozen 2 was a significant improvement over its predecessor.

There's some talk about how comedians aren't always 'funny' even though they're expected to be. I vaguely remember a routine about a comedian doing his shopping and being stopped by a fan, who upon talking to the comedian was shocked that he acted normally and wasn't being 'the funny guy'.
