mattt - To my eye this is close, but the fit of those jeans just seems off. A slimmer jean in grey, khaki, black, or even the same color would look better imo. Seems the 1980s have this problem in general. I've seen a few "Rocker" fits I've liked, but not too many of those either. Just sayin'.

Kelvin you are really looking good. The black (really dark whatever?) pants take it a nice step away from prep. Also I actually think your hair looks good.

yeah, definitely way too small in the shoulders... unfortunately that can't be fixed, you'll need to size up.

Yeah I thought it was passable until I saw just how far your shoulders jutted. It's lifting the shoulder of the jacket a couple inches inward which looks pretty extreme.. I like your hair though. Hm.

It always weirds me out when I see really young dudes try and wear wingtips, unless they're boots and are green or something. You look like you're 19, and I think tips would look dumb on you.

Also, you seriously bought that at retail? H&M has suits for like $100 that are very well fitting (cue hate, but I don't think he's about to drop mad money on something actually nice).

Well, on the bright side at least it's separates so you don't have to buy a whole new suit. Also you could probably get a few bucks for it on B&S. Anyway, this is why I always recommend people to go to an actual store for their first real suit or pair of dress shoes so they can get a lesson on proper sizing and then go from there.

H&M cuts aren't going to fit him if he's got wide shoulders. I have a Hickey Freeman Madison 38R that fit nearly perfectly off the rack, but at H&M I need to size up to like 42 to get the shoulders to fit but by that point the rest of the jacket looks too big/long.
