I appreciate it. I just didn't get a decent shot today. I have tried switching over to my little point and shoot, but it is a real PITA to get a timer shot. Also, the P&S adds 10 pounds, while the iPhone for some reason does not. So, for the sake of vanity...I am going to be posting crappy pics that don't make me look like a tub.

Generally excellent fit. Are the sleeves a tad long? Although with linen rumpling tends to 'shorten' them slightly in use.

Looks great. I had the first fitting for an almost identical one today (mine is slightly easier through the waist and will have a lining, and two buttons). It will be interesting to compare how two different tailors (I presume; who did you use?) execute two essentially identical jackets. Could be worth a thread maybe, if anyone else is interested.

Cheers.

Only first fitting? With our summer you might be leaving it late

I'm breaking out a new Linen jacket tomorrow (weather permitting) strictly RTW though.

Nice look today.

Coming to a WAYWRN near you at the end of the summer...

Looking forward to it.

it's probably distortion from the wide-angle end of the zoom. Try stepping back a little more, use the longer end of the zoom and crop the photo.

Lovely jacket hymo. Thanks for sharing the pics, especially the backshot. It looks very well tailored. Enjoy it in good health.

Like it all except the shoes. I really think you should take the plunge into some low profile sneakers (purcells, stan smiths or claes). They will really elevate the fit by making it more laid back and casual. Deets on the belt.

Awesome job, doc. I especially like the tie and PS. A clean and crisp look. Textured shirt is a nice touch, too.
