Yeh, i had 2 inches taken off mine after a wash, really not a big deal as the fit everywhere else is perfect. the new arms are awesome.

they're gonna be totally different, made in different place. Camera bag will be saddle leather that is hand cut, hand sewn, everything, with a traditional aesthetic, I am thinking the messenger Fok and I have talked about will be something different. made on machine by the people who make that backpack for me.

Isn't that something Fok has been talking about for a LONG time, though? How close is that to being a reality? I don't mean to press here, but I'm just trying to gauge when to reasonable expect this project to come to fruition. I understand that's not always easy to do, since things happen that delay a drop (i.e. the ToJ trench). Still, it'd be helpful to get an ETA on such a project.

I keep on putting it off because I'm juggling everything.

I gotta figure out a good set of dimensions for the design, get the right hardware assembled which might be custom, and then pick 2 or 3 good leathers. He works pretty fast though, he can make a whole production run in like 3 days, lol.

You've got a customer right here if it's any incentive. Looking to make the purchase by mid-summer at the latest.

The bag becomes a no-brainer cop if you include small touches such as a pocket for a smart phone.

How much can the lamb stretch? I find the collar on my moto points inwards too much, rather than upwards. I've been wearing it as much as possible and shoving up bowl in there when I'm not wearing it to try and stretch the leather.

Got my TOJ Duffle coat today and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. Fit, materials and craftsmanship is extremely good, as always.

Was thinking that but I think duffles look better all slouched with layers underneath and all.
