I have a high instep too. I usually wear 8.5 /9 UK.  My CJ Northcote boot ( 348 last) in a 9uk is too big for me;I should have taken 8.uk.  With Vass I wear 42.5. so my Rumanian Racing Green Osloer boots are  42,5 EU and still a bit loose.  Just two examples.

The shade is delicious but the boot is even more. :)

Enjoy (Or slightly cringe at the slightly increased prices)!

Edit: Nevermind the cringe, still the best value for your money as far as I'm concerned.

That is around 7% price increase.

Have we reached consensus that new prices include VAT?

All in all, that seems quite reasonable.

Yes, good price indeed. But aren't US customers still not allowed to place orders with Vass directly? I thought you had to go through Vass retailers in the US or elsewhere (like Ascot).

This has been brought up a few times I believe. US customers can only place orders with Vass directly after having been initially fitted in person and having placed an order at their Budapest shop.

For better or worse, I tend to always prefer the consensus of the masses, at least in such a case where the masses are likely to be far more knowledgeable on the matter than I.

I encourage anyone to go visit the store, spend 2-3 days in Budapest and take a train to Vienna and spend the rest of your trip there. I will be doing this very soon.
