At the moment, "What to eat now" with Valentine Warner...

I also quite like the River Cottage shows and anything with Gary Rhodes.

i wish they played the original english cooking shows here instead of remaking them.

I agree with anything with Jacques Pepin.

I also was a huge fan of Molto Mario back in the day.

The current lineup on the food network leaves me a bit cold with the exception of Good Eats on occasion.

For an actual cooking show, these days it's Tyler Florence. I've tried several of his recipes, and every one was a repeat winner.

Did anyone read that the Dinner Impossible guy, apparently embellished his resume quite heavily, and that's why he disappeared for a while.
