I saw those longwings when they were posted on your site. I actually thought about ordering, but I already have a pair of longwings from Alden x J. Crew in a similar shade..that was the only reason why I didn't.

The whiskey is the only cordovan left I need to obtain (sans #4) and would love either a cap toe blucher or wing tip boot.

If you can make it happen, I will glady preorder these as well!

Moving from LA, i've really had to adjust to the idea of having a real winter vs summer wardrobe... generally i've just worn the same first layer year round with another layer (ie sweater or light jacket) during the cold 60 deg nights in winter. My first experience with east coast winter has made me really appreciate the fabrics the materials are made of.

All sorts of good stuff. Oxfords, seersuckers, madras, chambray, lawn, prints, lightweight broadcloth, short sleeves. We'll have other good shirts from Gant, Gant MB, Our Legacy, Gitman, and Ashland by epaulet too.

Seriously. It's going to be a beatdown of shirts this Spring. I'm working on a new shape to come in April as well. Really excited for it!

We generally don't pre-wash or pre-shrink anything, but shrinkage on our shirts is minimal, and the British and Japanese fabrics that we use stand up to a ton of wash and wear.

Mike - Can you comment on the next round of sports jackets you'll be producing? I have an absurd amount of weddings to attend this coming summer and want a stalwart classic suit to get through it... help me out!

Oh yeah, it's nuts. 80 yesterday, today, and supposedly most of the week. It's nice but I want another storm to roll through so I can have a good reason to go back up to the snow. Nothin like summer in January though... seems to happen for at least a week every year.

Lemme know if you've got a free moment and wanna grab drinks next time you're in town (no ****). There are some killer places (one in particular, the tasting kitchen) in Venice.

Absolutely, the next round of suiting will be Super 120s in medium grey. The all-time favorite! Hoping to drop that around mid March.

Thank you! I'm a freaking hipstamatic addict. I actually worked in photography for seven years - analog film photography at that - so I felt like a sell-out at first. But I've come to love it. If you ever print out a Hipstamatic shot, the quality is fantastic.

Seriously, shooting pics on a phone, having all this pre- and post-production control, and uploading it for instant access and feedback is like crack-cocaine to me. It's like the future of photography is here now. I used to own upwards of 50 cameras. I now only use an Iphone 4 for daily stuff and a Canon 5D2 for all the studio product shots.

Thanks Stanley, I'd love to! When I nail down the dates, I'll shoot them over to you. I definitely want to make it out to Venice while I'm there.

Actually, I was thinking about staging a huge, open-invitation karaoke party Downtown as well. My spot is Max Karaoke at the Little Tokyo Shopping plaza. I've got a pretty aggro West Coast crew who does it - as long as they're in town.

Any LA peeps down to brave the traffic into Little Tokyo and rock a karaoke party?

Hey guys, This is our last deadstock Walt delivery in Fall to Early Spring fabrics. I've got 3 of the 4 styles below. The last one - Pewter Tweed - will go up in a few days.

Deadstock Walt in Super 120's Guncheck: $185 These are simply dope as hell. I went crazy when I saw this fabric. Like some of the others that we ran through Fall, this is a perfect old-school, stylish grandpa fabric which is nearly impossible to find in a quality slim trouser. It's actually not that heavy, so you can easily wear this through May or early June. These are the best match for Color #8 shell that I've seen in years. Would be awesome in warmer weather with Jack Purcell's or Chucks too!

Deadstock Walt in Lichen Flannel: $185 This is a cool color that's tough to put a finger on. It's mostly grey, but with a pronounced brown tone and a slight olive cast. But like all our flannels, it's soft as hell, really warm, and incredibly long-wearing. It's Super 150's too, so it's extra plush.

Deadstock Walt in Loden Tweed: $185 A really nice monochrome tweed with a subtle olive tone. Really easy to match and very classic.
