I still wish I could get a matching airforce flannel blazer...

Can anyone post pics of the corduroy factory finds?

Here are a few shots of my most recent Factory Finds. Chocolate brown medium wale corduroy and pale asparagus Donegal tweed. Very pleased with both. The fabrics have a great, soft hand as I think we've all come to expect from EP, and I like both the texture and the color of the pale asparagus a lot.

Considering those emerald cords in this last round (Matt's always throwing up those great fit pics...) and possibly the coffee tweed, based on NYR's shots of late, or the chartreuse heavyweight.

Coffee or Chartruese? I can't decide... partly because they are looking pretty similar on my monitor.

This is certainly not an Epaulet question, but seems like a fitting place to ask. How would you all go about adding a hole to a nice belt? In my younger days I would use the awl on my swiss army knife, but that won't be clean enough in this case.

Get a leather hole punch (not sure if that's the correct name). I have one because I'm into leather craft and it makes very clean holes.

You could always use an electric drill if you have lying around.

take it to a shoe repair/leather place. They should know what to do.

Just received my Flannel Cargo Walt's in the mail, size 34. The waist and legs are perfect. But...the thighs seem a little too narrow which might be okay with a plain trouser, but since the cargo pocket is right there, it kinda creates an awkward narrowing from the top of the cargo pocket to the bottom seem of it. Im not sure what to do...

Can the cargo pocket be removed?

Yes, the cargo pocket can be removed. I have another Flannel Cargo Walt (the "Pearl Flannel," if any of you remember) that I had the pockets removed on, and you can't even tell they were there. I'm about to do that to the medium gray Flannel Cargo Walts I also picked up. If you're willing to wait a week or so, I'm happy to post pics of how it turns out. EDIT: Also you can just get the thighs taken out, too.

FYI I wouldn't recommend this for a tougher fabric. I think it'd be really noticeable on Cramerton cloth, for instance.
