I don't feel the $12,000 price is worth it for first class. That's a pair of crocodile-skin shoes or tortoise-shell eyeframes.
I'd like it about as much as the time I was in the very first row, the other passengers on the row and me got served nice, piping hot coffee...and the pilot came on the speakers, and announced that the coffee and tea would be postponed because of heavy turbulence and we should buckle up...
I guess some folks pay dearly so "one does not make oneself uncomfortable for want of things to which one is accustomed"? More so, all it really buys you is the opportunity for being treated like a human being and not part of a cattleherd. Most of the time. Call it - "Opportunity cost". (They might already own a few pairs of crocodile shoes or tortoiseshell spectacles and have nothing better to do at that time with the money)
I never get sick. Except that for the last three weeks I keep getting things that keep going from initially annoying to painful. Make it stop.

I guess you can give it, but you can't take it.
Karma?
