For sushi, Yellowtail and Salmon. For cooked fish, I like salted broiled mackeral and that really stinky expensive Korean fish, I forget the name.

Are you talking about Joh-gi (or depending on form, it's also called gool-bi)? I think that's a Croaker in English. It is quite delicious when salted properly.
My favorite type of fish would be either a dolphin, whale, or porpoise. I can't decide, they are all such beautiful fish.
I love turbot and rascasse (hog-fish in English?), especially in the bouillabaisse. Grouper is also one of my favorites. But above all, my #1 passion is anchovies
To look at, trout are my favorite. Especially if I just caught them. I caught the most amazing rainbow last month, it was incredibly beautiful. A wild trout, not one of those pale, pathetic stockers.
