A co-worker of mine has a pair that look beat and are just plain nasty. Aren't too hot looking on urbanoutfitters.com neither. Hope that the McNairy suede longwings go on sale tomorrow on Barneys.

not too late Desi, just posting for opinions. are bass shoes really that bad, or just "bad" by sf standards? sf seems to have higher standards of quality than I'm looking for as a college student. maybe I'm wrong, but I'm kind of expecting my clothes to get trashed in the environment I'm wearing them in. :shrug: obvs that mmna shoes are dope, but is it really worth it for someone in my position in life?

I had a pair of the bass bucks and they aren't great, but they're ok for $30-40. Quality is so-so, but better than say UO house brand shoes. They're fine for shoes to beat the **** out of in college
