Did someone here suggest a decent an alerations guy in the NAB Docklands building a while back?

I've searched but can't find it. If anyone can remember or find it, that'd be great.

Cheers.

Any idea who's making MJB suiting? I had a look through it yesterday, and it doesn't seem nearly as nice as the original Ring Jacket Herrigbone suiting.

Apparently is Aussie wool then processed and woven in Turkey then off to Japan for actual manafacture.

What must the mark up be to fit in that many processes and why are we not making top quality suits here? Talk about clever country....NOT!

Yes, it drives me to despair too! It is particualrly galling that retailers promote the fact they are using Aussie wool, yet all the manufacturing is conducted offshore, with the wool only returning to Australia as a finished (and imported) product.

Abolishing minimum wage will help keep manufacturing in Australia

Crikey - haven't seen a day like this in Sydney for a while. Nearly dark outside and only quarter to four. A good day to pull on the Craftsmans (Craftsmen?)!

Great idea how about abolishing the concept of billable hours while we're at it

^ Selvaggio Saw the weather on the news tonight, wondering if I should take my snorkel and flippers to the Cure on Wednesday night. Mind you wouldn't mind some of that rain in Canberra.

Hah..my wife is still in the office doing her 'billable hours'. She may be home by 10 pm if she's lucky.

You'll need to get into the wayback machine for CURE and pack your "Goth Juice" - tease up the hair - break out the black suit and the Docs
