Well, at least I heard some talk of Carl Orff earlier on, so I don't feel too out of the loop. As you can tell, I have a thing for sacred and classical music, but I'm also into a lot of alternative and classic rock. Go figure.

Saw Drive-By Truckers up there earlier, too. "Outfit", no less. Pretty funny to see on the playlist of a dude with a Morrissey avatar and name, on a board called "StyleForum."

I try and listen to as much good stuff as I can, regardless of genre; interestingly, though, both Moz and Marr were huge fans of rockabilly, which is about as authentically Southern as it gets, so...actually, there's no real connection there - not sure what I was getting at...

Also, I'm too lazy/dumb to have a cool avatar, Morrissey or no...

Their version of Truck Drivin' Man is one of those songs that I have to repeat several times on the player whenever it comes up.

Pause.

"Still... they make some great music, though!"

Cue Interstate Love Song.
