From WAYWRN. I promise not to sully this thread with many of my pics, but I am genuinely wondering whether this fit would qualify.
The waist is a bit snug, and the shoulders are a bit lumpy and "straight" even for a DB in my opinion.
I personally don't think a purple or mauve shirt can ever be conservative business dress, either in the strict sense or even in the extended spirit of this thread. At best a very very light and pale lilac may possibly fit with the latter.
I do it both ways. There's something to be said for the '60s crispness of the more precise version.
OK, I think I need to explain how to do a proper TV fold.
Anyone who would notice a dot tie is probably just happy it's not a Rush Limbaugh/Jerry Garcia-style monstrosity.

I like that, oldog. Your style seems to live right at the edge of conservative business dress... mixing formal and informal elements deftly. Like you went to the office for a few phone calls, then off to a leisurely lunch. I like it very much.
Very nice, MoK. I've enjoyed your fits lately
Not too conservative business dress today but hey, it's the end of March and snowing over here.
+1. MoK, you been losing weight?
Dot Ties: They're too formal, it's one step from wearing a satin tie to a job interview.
Nice boots. I suppose this begs the question can boots ever be conservative business dress?
