I don't think this would cause raised eyebrows in even pretty conservative offices. Personally I'd prefer a darker tie, but I don't think the one you are wearing

I think much of that is the awkward pose.

Very pale lilac/lavender would definitely be considered conservative business dress in the UK. I think light mauve would be stretching it, but not necessarily looked down upon in an otherwise relatively sombre outfit. Do remember that in otherwise conservative offices, where brown shoes are still frowned upon, bold Duchamp ties would not get a second-glance though

Looks good to me.

I'm not a big fan of white linen, but I think both ways can work.

I'd have said a dot-tie was perfectly suitable for an interview.

I like that, oldog. Your style seems to live right at the edge of conservative business dress... mixing formal and informal elements deftly. Like you went to the office for a few phone calls, then off to a leisurely lunch. I like it very much.

I like lavender when it's really pale or has a bluish cast. And as long as all the other elements are conservative.
Looks good with navy. Don't know if lavender is conservative business dress or not, but Acrids shirt is too dark for his tie which should be replaced by something more business-y for that pinstripe suit.

Thanks much; but how did you get access to my calendar?

Nice boots. I suppose this begs the question can boots ever be conservative business dress?

Not with a capital C, I'd say. Though some chukkas and chelseas can pass in a lower c environment.

Bal boots are too unusual to pass the capital C test, IMO.
