Probably the last chance I will have to bust this out this season. Of course, when I am in the "Raise the Bar Challenge," my sleeve gets all torqued out of whack.

Oh well, here it is.

I find it busy. But that's just my hypocritical opinion (I own more than my fair share of busy ties).

You are wrong. You are BlingKing. If you didn't wear it today I would be pissed. On Monday, I will resume poking you for it.

I recall you saying, at some point, that pairing odd trousers and jackets was very difficult. You are working hard at disproving this. Well played, sir.

I like the fit, but man those shoulders are rigid. I have an irresistible urge to salute you!

Love, and hate. Love the fit. Hate that it's on you and not me.

If you told me to go in to your closet and pick you out something to wear, after I punched you in the face for asking me to do something so foppish, I would pick out this. Nicely done, Mike. You are very creative with fabrics.

It is a nice suit, from what I can tell, J. I take it this is not the same suit as the other DB from Field that you featured a little while ago. I am not a fan of the tie and I wish I could see the suit better.

A bold statement, especially with those shoes.

This is pandering, Spoo. YOU are a FU 3 piece with peaked lapels. This is conservative business dress.

Still, I am going to say that I really like this suit and the entire fit. I can't figure out why you are debuting what appears to be a heavy flannel suit in the second half of March, but I know how it goes with acquisitions.!

I was digging this very much.....until I saw the shoes. Let me get this straight. This is a brown suit, and those shoes are black, correct? Oh, and I think cuffs and less break would be an improvement.

Oh, you should rework these pics and get the charcoal to come out. It looks brown. So, with that said. My favorite from you, in all likelihood.

Cool dog too.

Nice set of pics, especially the one with your dog. The suit looks black on my monitor, but I liked the combo nonetheless even before you mentioned it's charcoal.

Bunch of nice entries today! Fits are looking great.

aeglus - you might take the show - VERY nice...the tie (at least to me) is unexpectedly perfect here. It would be a task to see that tie on a display table and have it harken up the thought of this suit but, damn, it is a money collaboration.
cheers.gif

Orgetorix - I agree with someone else's comment on the tie - a better match would take this up a few notches. In full candor, I sported much the same look earlier this week and was wholely dissatisfied with the tie... my second thoughts on the tie are now confirmed.

Spoo - love the new suit and fit.

Acridsheep - well done except pant length, but next time, get a bigger dog.
sarcasm.gif

MBreinin - lovely. You're making me second guess my aversion to DB....very well done.

Clarinetplayer - jacket looks a little too large IMHO. Also, drop the clarinet and pick up the jazz flute.
biggrin.gif

PandArts - I would suggst skipping the cardigan next time...looks like a deep dive but short in the waist....could just be the pics though.

I was of course going to take out the TF again, but I feel like I wear that every challenge. I wanted to try another one. I feel this is very me - the fit, purple friggin pinstripes! A wild-ish PS, charvet tie, and my favorite Gazianos. It is not too hot for flannel here today so far, but yeah, just got it back from the tailor and wanted to get it in before the season ended.

Do you get John Slattery comparisons often?

Thanks for the feedback. It's actually a waistcoat in navy pinstripe wool but sort of hard to see in the photos
