I am in full agreeance my **** is so far from on point today it's not even funny.
You still look 90% better than 90% of men walking around in NYC today.
(Nice shoes)
UNIFORM LA CHILLICOTHE WORK JACKET Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Chillicothe Work Jacket is an elevated take on the classic Detroit Work Jacket. Made of ultra-premium 14-ounce Japanese canvas, it has been meticulously washed and hand distressed to replicate vintage workwear that’s been worn for years, and available in three colors.
This just dropped today. If you missed out on the preorder, there are some sizes left, but they won't be around for long. Check out the remaining stock here
Good luck!.

I really like this look. The rocker style scarf tie and red trou go better together than the Spoo's tweed and red combo (sorry Spoo). But, (FWIW), I think it would better with some "cleaning up", e.g. tuck your shirt, button the cuffs and keep trouser hems over boots. It would still have the Dashing Rogue look, just more streamlined.
I think the taper in pants is going to be around for a while. Every European I see has made a major investment in it. From suits to casual.
8.75"
I would like to see these trousers and shoes worn in early spring with a navy blazer (non-brass buttons) and light-blue shirt sans tie.
...
It may be the lighting but I think the contrast between the jacket and the shirt is way too stark. Darker camel coat and lighter blue shirt would look better. Shoes are nice but the herringbone pattern pants are unnecessary with a semi-business outfit.

Parker I agree with what you say as a fan of fine fitting clothes, some times though the beast must be let loose, maybe this is how you should look by the end of the night? Whilst starting proceedings like you have stated.
It is not very wide, of course. I think that 8 inches, which is not a large difference in width, would make quite a distance in how the total outfit looks. Do you have any pants that are tapered to 8''?
But, with the TB aesthetic today, highwaters work.
It took a few seconds to figure out you didn't mean tuberculosis but instead thom browne...
His name was Robert Paulson.
Yes, my Borrelli pants are 8", and I don't ever wear them because I don't like the drumstick effect (since I have a fairly big ass). 0.75" is actually a dramatic difference. Through trial and error I decided on 8.75" for all my office pants.
Yes, I meant not a big difference in actual width but quite some difference in the way it looks.
TC,you will have to take a video of you walking in downtown Houston and post for us to approve the leg opening width of your pants
