I had to google that - I don't like to keep my hands in my pockets as I consider it poor form. Tends to encourage slouching as well, which I am not a fan of. I am not into crossing my arms either, as I'd rather not come across as defensive.

Hands should be relaxed at your sides, with gestures added for impact to key parts of your speech. A good gesture starts and finishes with your hands at your sides so you don't end up with your hands in a Godzilla-like position in front of you at all times.

Ive read a few books about body language. Never consciously applied any of it though.

Apparently if you put your hands in your pockets its a bit of an insecurity sign.
They should be at your sides or just the thumbs in your front or back pockets.

Or you can hold your hands together in the back.
