It all depends on the setting and mood of the place you are in. -In an argument arms being crossed is what i would go for. -In a laidback discussion due to my Mediterranean culture, i gesture with my hands alot. -In a business meeting or a formal environment, four fingers in a pocket thumb out and the other hand holding a drink,cigar or leaflet
