Does a jacket size 40R correspond to Medium or Small?

Thanks all. I suspect the ambiguity is between the 40R jacket size and the 40 chest size, as explained by GoldenTribe.

i think it also depends if the item you are buying is a tailored/ slim fit or a classic fit. I wear a 40s jacket and i have seen that i can buy a small shirt if it is a normal cut... but may have to just to a medium for the same brands tailored fit.

It's great that this thread is now two pages long.

Let's push through to ten pages.

Change your thread settings. 40 posts per page FTW.

PS I would really like there to be a 100 posts per page option on this site.

The ideal would be one post per page, with a one page thread limit.
