Fair enough. Nonetheless, someone posting in a forum dedicated to helping them look better is going to get advice beyond what color shoelaces to wear with their Clarks. Do you sincerely believe that "tighten core + build shoulders" is defamatory in this context?

Different camera angle would probably help, also putting your hands in your pockets probably didn't help your proportions in that pic

edit: meant for bloodbuzz

To your pant roll, all things in moderation. Try a more subtle roll, it'll probably help with the proportions, although a better picture would really help.

The sleeves on the shirt kind of swallow your arms. This seems to be a major problem with short-sleeve shirts - the hem/arm opening isn't anywhere close to fitted to the arm, so the arms end up looking like toothpicks regardless of what size they actually are.

Of course, this is just my opinion, and I usually favor slimmer fits. Also, I'm a total noob. And kind of a douche. So take all that as you will.

Agreed. The shirt makes your arms look tiny. Fitted short sleeve shirt do exist out there.

I'm actually curious if it's possible to get short sleeves tailored?

Sure you can.

I'm probably going to try it myself since the shirt makes me look like a walking coat rack.

Evening's company has only ever seen my in work clothes, really - and also claimed last weekend that my Ervell green oxide shirt "looks like an easter egg."
