What are your symptoms? What's giving you the impression you might even have a hemorrhoid?

for about the last 2 months or so its been painful to poop. I thought I was just dehydrated, but its getting worse. I sometimes see some blood on the tissue (but not in the stool). Everytime I go its quite painful, it hurts for minutes/hours afterwords, it burns/aches (regarless of the 'kind of poop). Plus prep h seems to be working a little, but still its pretty rediculous. My entire groin area will hurt, and even my front junk will be a little sore and retracted. Just wondering if this is what everyone else had as hemorroids or do I need to go see a doctor for something else.

Don't know anything on the subject. But from what you have said, you should see a doctor real soon.

At the first symptoms, take a hot sit-in bath + the regular anti-inflammation lozenges. No heavy lifting/straining, tons of fiber, plenty of liquids

You're supposed to lance them yourself with a pushpin.

Why would you walk around like that for so long? Yes, I have them but they rarely flare up. Go see your doc and he'll tell you what to do. Likely they won't have to stick anything anywhere. A simple visual inspection will do.

I have no idea how I got them but you can get them from being constipated, riding on hard surfaces (jeeps), anal, child birth, lots of things.

The internal ones are just varicose veins but not where you like them. On the flipside, you don't have to wear those crazy socks to keep your veins in your leg or knee or whatever.
