hemorrhoids

for about the last 2 months or so its been painful to poop. I thought I was just dehydrated, but its getting worse. I sometimes see some blood on the tissue (but not in the stool). Everytime I go its quite painful, it hurts for minutes/hours afterwords, it burns/aches (regarless of the 'kind of poop). Plus prep h seems to be working a little, but still its pretty rediculous. My entire groin area will hurt, and even my front junk will be a little sore and retracted. Just wondering if this is what everyone else had as hemorroids or do I need to go see a doctor for something else.

I had one once...like a little hard grape. I refused to let my doctor lance it...two days later it popped while I was at a dinner party. I excused myself to raid the womens supply of maxipads and returned to the table. I would have gotten away with it if not for the drops of red blood on the carpet.

Why would you walk around like that for so long? Yes, I have them but they rarely flare up. Go see your doc and he'll tell you what to do. Likely they won't have to stick anything anywhere. A simple visual inspection will do.
