Got these off Ebay for a steal. N.D.C. Made by Hand suede penny loafers. They fit too narrow for me to use my orthopedic insoles, but otherwise I'm happy with the fit. I'm normally a 13, got these at a 12.5 US. Suede is soft, but nice and thick.

These don't go with shorts at all IMO, the elongated toe makes them look weird like that.
Don't do it.
My local ross is selling this shoe in a khaki color for $20 bucks.
